Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the true colour of our products.

The Paw Haven reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion, including after an order has been placed.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards. For orders paid via AfterPay, PayPal, or ZipPay, merchant fees may apply to store credits as outlined in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Once an order has been placed and payment processed, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Paw Haven is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or Australia Post.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds will strictly only be provided for items assessed and deemed faulty where a replacement is not available. Store credit is offered in all other eligible circumstances.
