The Paw Haven was born from a simple belief — your dog deserves gear that's as thoughtful as the care you give them.
Where it all began
It started with Pepper — our founder Kate's dog, and the reason The Paw Haven exists. Pepper went through harness after harness, and every single one told the same story. Edges fraying. Stitching slowly pulling apart. Fabric that looked fine in the shop but couldn't hold up to real daily use. It wasn't just frustrating — it felt like letting her down.
But durability wasn't the only problem. Every harness on the market came in the same tired colours and the same uninspired designs. Nothing that felt like Pepper. Nothing that felt like us. So Kate decided to stop searching and start making. If the right harness didn't exist, she'd build it herself — durable enough to last, and beautiful enough to actually want to put on your dog every morning.
